Booking & Payment Terms

Option 1 — Flexible

• 30% deposit at booking to confirm the reservation.
• Remaining 70% paid on arrival (check-in day).
• Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit up to 45 days before arrival.
• Cancellations less than 45 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.

Option 2 — Prepaid, non-refundable (10% off)

• Only for bookings made more than 60 days before arrival.
• 100% paid at booking.
• 10% discount on the accommodation price, not on optional services.
• No refund for cancellation, no-show or early departure. Date changes are not guaranteed.

How booking works

1. Send your dates and group size by form or WhatsApp.
2. We send a tailored proposal.
3. We prepare a rental contract.
4. After signing, you receive a secure payment link for the deposit, or the full amount for the prepaid option.
5. Your dates are confirmed.
