Marinhill has seven double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Extra beds and the final room allocation must be confirmed with our team, especially for an 18-person booking. In each Vistaport villa, three bedrooms can be arranged with twin beds — useful for children, friends or flexible group setups.

Can we rent only one villa?
Yes. Each villa can be rented individually, and combining villas is entirely optional. Many families and groups stay in a single villa.
Which option suits a 12-person group?
Vistaport A or Vistaport B each sleep up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, with three bedrooms that can be arranged with twin beds. Marinhill also works for 12 guests if you prefer its larger spaces.
Can 16–18 guests stay in Marinhill?
Marinhill sleeps 15 guests as standard across 8 bedrooms, and up to 18 with extra beds, subject to confirmed sleeping arrangements. Please discuss the final room allocation with our team before booking.
Can 24 guests book neighbouring villas?
Yes. Vistaport A and Vistaport B are adjacent villas with 12 bedrooms between them, accommodating up to 24 guests.
Can a group of 40 stay across all three villas?
Yes. All three villas together offer 20 bedrooms for up to 40 guests, based on the published standard capacities. This is accommodation across separate neighbouring villas on the same hillside, not one 40-person house.
Are breakfast and housekeeping included?
Yes. Daily breakfast prepared by the chef and daily housekeeping are included with every stay, along with concierge support.
Can we request twin beds?
Yes. Three bedrooms in each Vistaport villa can be arranged with twin beds. Let us know your preferred setup when you enquire.
Is the pool heated?
Marinhill's infinity pool is heated.
Can you arrange meals and airport transfers?
Yes. Private chef lunches and dinners, airport transfers, yacht and boat trips, babysitting and celebration arrangements can all be organised as optional paid services.
