About Us
Marinhill Luxury Villas is a collection of privately owned villas in Turgutreis, Bodrum, where we have been welcoming guests for seven years. We own and directly operate our properties, rather than acting as a rental agency. Our collection comprises Marinhill, Vistaport A and Vistaport B, all managed by our own team. From your first enquiry to the day you leave, you speak directly with the people who know the villas and take responsibility for your stay.
The business is led by Ege Kiraz, a graduate of Bilkent University’s Tourism and Hotel Management programme. Our approach combines a professional hospitality education with the practical experience gained from welcoming and caring for our guests over the years.

Our core team has worked together since the beginning, throughout both summer and winter. This continuity means we know our villas in detail, carefully oversee their daily operation and respond promptly to our guests’ needs. Looking After Every Part of Your Stay
Alongside breakfast and daily housekeeping, we provide concierge and guest support throughout your stay. On request, we can also arrange private chef lunches and dinners, airport transfers, boat and yacht trips, and experiences tailored to your interests. For guests wishing to explore Bodrum, we share restaurant recommendations suited to their tastes and preferences.
From family holidays and getaways with friends to private celebrations and corporate gatherings, we plan each stay around the needs of the group. Before you book, we clearly explain which services are included and which can be arranged at an additional cost, so you can plan with confidence.
